How do I work and how can I help?
I provide on-line therapy. This enables you to access psychological support in the comfort of your own home or private space at a time that suits you best. I offer evening sessions from 5pm (up until 9pm) and weekend sessions.

If you find yourself struggling with a sense of being stuck, dealing with loss/depression and trying to cope with difficult feelings, we can embark on this journey in a safe and non judgemental space together.

What to expect?
I work in an integrative way which aims to adjust the type and extent of therapy to your own needs.
​
My therapeutic work uses a person centred approach, combining the relevant aspects of different therapeutic models. This may include mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy, and will be based on your specific needs.

Following your contact, I will offer a free 20 minute session via Zoom, email or telephone to discuss your current situation and needs. If we both feel appropriate, we will arrange an assessment appointment where we can explore your difficulties in depth and think together about how I might be able to help you.
