My approach focuses on providing you with skills and tools to enable you to take more control over your life and well-being

Life can feel overwhelming when you're living with a long-term health condition, persistent pain, disability or another significant life challenge. You may feel as though life has become smaller, that you're constantly battling difficult thoughts and emotions, or that you've lost confidence in yourself and your future.

As a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to help you develop practical skills, build emotional resilience and reconnect with the life that matters most to you. Therapy isn't about simply getting rid of difficult thoughts, feelings or physical symptoms. It's about learning new ways of responding to them so they have less impact on your life and well-being.

Dr Annily Dee - Clinical Pschologist

I have specialist expertise in supporting people living with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, Motor Neurone Disease, neurological conditions and other long-term health conditions. I also work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, adjustment to illness, stress, burnout, self-criticism and the emotional impact of major life changes. Support is also available for partners, family members and carers, recognising that living alongside illness can bring its own unique challenges.

Sessions are delivered on-line, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in the UK. On-line therapy offers flexibility around work, family and health commitments while providing the same high standard of psychological care.

Although I am based in Plymouth and regularly work with people across Devon and Cornwall, I support clients throughout the UK and internationally through secure on-line appointments.

Whether you're looking to better understand what you're experiencing, develop practical coping strategies, or begin rebuilding a meaningful and fulfilling life, I aim to provide a warm, collaborative and supportive space where lasting change can begin.

If you're wondering whether therapy could help, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. It's an opportunity for us to talk about what's been happening, what you're hoping to achieve, and whether I'm the right psychologist to support you. There's no pressure or obligation - just a chance to ask questions and take the first step. You can contact me here.
